Training - August 2nd - MOCK RACE #2!!!!!

Here are the goals, first mock race day times, and then today's times.


Swim
Goal: 2:30
1st Race: 3:02
Today: 2:28

1st transition
Goal: 30 seconds
1st Race: 1:29
Today: 1:00

Bike
Goal: 10:30
1st race: 9:25
Today: 9:22

2nd Transition
Goal: 10 seconds
1st race: 10 seconds
Today: 12 seconds

Run
Goal: 4:00
1st Race: 4:07
Today: 4:07

Total
Goal: 17:30
1st Race: 18:12
Today: 17:09!!


I know I can get better at the run and the 1st transition. I can still get three minutes faster when I get my new bike too. Dad and I went to the bike store today and the owner is supposed to call dad tomorrow and let him know where my bike is.
